I am having trouble on Mastering Chemistry with Lecture #4 and it is due in the morning. It lets me open up Lecture #4, but when I try to open the problems, I get a blank page. I don’t know what to do if I can’t get it to work.
It sounds like a browser issue to me. Be sure you are using an approved browser, I find that Firefox works best. If this does not work, try the Mastering support. They have been very helpful in the past.
I finally figured it out, I disconnected from the internet and reconnected.
How do you get the chemical formulas formatted on Mastering Chem? No matter how I try it is says to format my answer differently.
Try the “Introduction to Mastering Chemistry Assignment.” Particularly the Introduction to Chemical Answers problem. It outlines how to input all the chemical formulas.
